Vision Finance is committed to making our app usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design, build, and maintain visionfinance.app and our iOS app to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA conformance level — the standard most U.S. regulators and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) point to.
Accessibility is a feature, not a checklist. We treat any user who can't use the app the same as a user hitting a bug: it's our problem to fix.
We self-attest partial conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA at this time. "Partial" means the substantial majority of the app meets the standard, with known gaps documented in Section 5 below. We do not claim full conformance because no live web app of this size is ever completely free of accessibility regressions; we report what we test and what we know.
The following routes have been verified clean against an automated axe-core scan as of the effective date above: /, /login, /vfin-signup, /pricing, /budget, /cashflow, /transactions, /cards, /settings, /net-worth.

We have not specifically tested against older or specialty browsers; the app may still work but is not guaranteed.
We try to publish what's broken before someone has to find it. Current known gaps:
We combine three layers:
We are not, and do not use, an accessibility-overlay widget (such as accessiBe or UserWay). These products have repeatedly failed to bring sites into compliance and have introduced new accessibility issues of their own. We build accessibility into the source code instead.

We acknowledge every report within 5 business days and follow up with either a fix, a target date for a fix, or an honest explanation of why we can't fix it. Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you were using if relevant.
If you believe Vision Finance has failed to provide accessible content or features and the issue has not been resolved through the feedback channel above, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Rights Division under the Americans with Disabilities Act:
